The team
A team of four developers, a quality assurance engineer, a project manager, and a business analyst are working together on this project.
The developers are responsible for creating and testing the code, the quality assurance engineer ensures requirements are met, while the project manager oversees the project timeline and ensures that all deliverables are met.
The business analyst scopes, estimates and provides insights and guidance on how the project can meet the needs of stakeholders and end-users. With our technical consulting service we advise the CIO of HelloPrint on how best to achieve their requirements.
